About the Opportunity

Our client, a well‑established boutique public accounting firm in Portland, is seeking a motivated and highly organized Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support partners and senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment and enjoys being the operational backbone of a growing professional services team.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide executive‑level administrative support to partners and managers
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee complex scheduling
  • Assist with engagement letters, client onboarding, and document preparation
  • Support tax teams with administrative needs during peak seasons
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal communications
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal staff
  • Support workflow operations, office coordination, and special projects
  • Assist with firmwide events, trainings, and initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience (professional services preferred)
  • Experience in public accounting, legal, consulting, or financial services a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Professional, proactive, and service‑oriented mindset


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $70,000–$80,000
