Position Primary Objectives:
The Executive Assistant is a highly organized and proactive person that supports the company owner and leadership team. This role is the heartbeat of our daily operations — from managing the front desk and welcoming clients to providing administrative support across accounting, human resources, and company directors.
Position’s key responsibilities:
- Support the company owner and senior leadership with administrative and scheduling duties
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for the owner and department directors
- Run front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and visitors
- Assist in developing client materials and preparing for client meetings
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure a welcoming, organized environment
- Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Assist the accounting and HR departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage communications via email, phone, and in-person interactions in a professional manner
- Maintain filing systems & records
- Maintain orders and stocks of office and showroom supplies
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Ability to learn new technologies swiftly
- Highly task-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role preferred
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
