We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant (EA)
to provide executive-level administrative support to senior management based in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
-
English speaker preferred; additional language skills are an advantage
Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments

Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Handle confidential documents and communications

Support office administration and business coordination
