- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and leadership teams.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business correspondence.
- Organize and maintain confidential records, files, and documentation.
- Schedule, attend, and record meeting minutes when required.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on executive priorities.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders professionally.
- Support project coordination and monitor progress against deadlines.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and basic budget administration.
- Conduct research and compile information for decision-making purposes.
- Assist in planning corporate events, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
- Perform other executive support and office management duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, 3+ years of executive support experience, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
