YOUR TASKS

Manage the Country Manager’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and related administrative requirements.

Coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, documentation of minutes, and tracking of action items to ensure timely completion.

Facilitate communication and information flow between leadership, internal departments and external partners.

Prepare presentations, reports, summaries, and other communication materials for leadership and business stakeholders.

Support the consolidation of governance, leadership, and business performance reporting.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidential information in line with company policies.

Organize leadership events, workshops, town halls, and management visits as required.

Provide coordination and administrative support for business initiatives, projects, and special assignments.

Perform other duties as required to support business needs.
YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
