Executive Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Secretary to support our leadership team and ensure smooth daily operations. This role combines administrative excellence with hands-on HR experience , making it central to managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling documentation, and supporting HR-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination
  • Handle clerical and administrative tasks, including filing and documentation
  • Assist in company secretarial work and preparation of business documents
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including travel arrangements
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records management
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • 1+ years of HR experience (recruitment, onboarding, employee management)
  • 1+ years of Accounting/Auditing experience
  • 1+ years of IT Services/Consulting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Flexibility, reliability, and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
