Executive Assistant - Executive Committee

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments, ensuring optimal use of time.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive committee and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen and prioritize communications, including emails, calls, and messages.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and key deliverables.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Support in project coordination and tracking strategic initiatives.
  • Organize board and executive meetings when required.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address them.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from a reputable university.
  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar executive support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent English written and spoken.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
