Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant - IDEMIA

Purpose

This role focuses on supporting executive-level staff in their day to day activities. The primary responsibilities involve supporting one or a small number of executives.

Key Missions
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.
  • Manages administrative tasks (e.g., purchase requests, expense reports, report writing).
  • Acts as the interface with internal and external interlocutors.
  • Assists with presentation and document preparation.
  • Handles confidential business and personal information.
  • Delivers administrative tasks with a high degree of autonomy.
