This is an Executive Assistant role for a very unique opportunity in a busy, high-performing plastic surgery practice and medical spa.
This role is highly visible, client-facing, and ideal for someone who thrives on energy, connection, and organization.
Support daily priorities and practice flow
Serve as a front-facing, client experience leader
Coordinate scheduling, communication, and follow-ups
Ensure an exceptional, polished client experience
Act as a liaison between physician, staff, and clients
Support operational organization and brand presence
Other duties as assigned by Practice Manager
Bachelor’s Degree
Confident, personable, and professional
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client experience
Comfortable being highly visible and client-facing
Organized, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent
Ownership mentality – treat the business as your own
Preferred backgrounds include medical aesthetics, healthcare, concierge services, hospitality, or luxury client experience
Compensation: $80k+ (depending on experience)
