Executive Assistant Associate

We are looking for an Executive Assistant Associate with an excellent command of English to support the daily workflow of our General Manager and Senior Executive Assistant. This role will report directly to the Senior Executive Assistant.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational and follow-up ability,
• High sense of confidentiality,
• Team-oriented and responsible,
• Able to take initiative and solution-oriented,
• A clear career ambition in executive assistance,
• Curiosity for digital and AI productivity tools,
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics,
• University graduate (Preferably from Economics, Business Administration, Sociology etc.),
• Excellent written and spoken English ,
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
• Previous experience in office/assistant roles is an asset.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting the CEO and Senior Executive Assistant in:
• Managing calendars and meetings,
• Coordinating travel and organizational processes,
• Preparing reports and presentations,
• Handling phone and e-mail communication,
• Maintaining documents and filing systems,
• Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
