Climate-focused venture capital firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a General Partner and other team members. This is an exciting opportunity to support a Partner leading the growth team of a mission-driven team shaping the future of sustainable innovation. In this role, you'll handle high-volume scheduling and calendar management, book travel and manage logistics, prepare for meetings, process expenses, and tackle ad hoc projects. Someone with a strong sense of taste and presentation who notices the small details, anticipates needs proactively, and brings genuine ownership to the role. This is an in-office role based in Los Angeles in Culver City. 150-160K+ DOE + fully covered benefits, 401k after 1 year, and flexible PTO.
Responsibilities:

Provide support to a General Partner with the potential to support additional team members.

Handle high-volume scheduling and complex calendar management.

Book travel and manage trip logistics with attention to detail.

Prepare for meetings and ensure the executive is ready for engagements.

Process expenses and handle administrative tasks.

Take on ad hoc projects such as pulling together decks, etc.

Anticipate needs proactively and provide leverage to the executive.

Represent the firm professionally when interacting with visitors and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

3-5+ years as an Executive Assistant in venture capital, client services, or similar fast-paced environments.

Comfortable managing busy schedules and being highly responsive.

Strong sense of presentation and attention to detail.

Thoughtful and polished with high EQ.

Able to read situations and adjust approach accordingly.
