Executive Assistant – Business Development Coordinator

About the Role

Hyatt Commercial, a company of The Reliable Group, is seeking an Executive Assistant – Business Development Coordinator to support executive leadership while driving business development, marketing coordination, and community engagement initiatives.

Reporting directly to the President and Director of Resources & Development, this role sits at the intersection of executive support, CRM management, and brand growth. You will help organize leadership priorities, maintain data integrity, and support initiatives that expand Hyatt Commercial’s visibility and relationships in the market.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in both operational and public-facing environments.

What You’ll Do

Executive & CRM Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups for executive leadership
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, including contacts, opportunities, and activity tracking
  • Support internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
  • Keep leadership priorities organized and executed efficiently

Business Development & Events

  • Coordinate broker opens, networking events, and client activations
  • Support conferences, sponsorships, and community initiatives
  • Track event performance and ROI

Marketing & Field Content

  • Capture photo/video content at listings, events, and team activities
  • Support social media efforts with real-time field content
  • Assist with advertising tracking and listing promotion

Operations & Team Support

  • Assist with brokerage calls and general office coordination
  • Support agents, leadership, and marketing with day-to-day needs
  • Help manage timelines across marketing, CRM, and business development

What You Bring

✅ Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
✅ Confident communication and professional presence
✅ Ability to support executive-level priorities with discretion
✅ Experience with CRM systems and data management
✅ Comfortable in fast-paced, multitasking environments
✅ Familiarity with social media and content creation (preferred)
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM platforms

Preferred:

  • 1–3 years in executive support, marketing coordination, or CRM roles
  • Experience in commercial real estate, events, or marketing
  • Photography or videography skills

This role is designed to grow into a Senior Business Development Coordinator, with increased ownership of CRM strategy, leadership coordination, and business development initiatives.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
