Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
•
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO/Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
•
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and set reminders.
•
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and ensure timely follow-ups/ Board meetings.
•
Arrange travel bookings include flights, accommodation, and related logistics.
•
Maintain confidential records, documents, and correspondence.
•
Prepare presentations, reports, and official communications as required.
•
Ensure effective coordination between departments and senior management.
Operational & Compliance Responsibilities
•
Extract daily compliance and operational reports from Anacity and circulate them to respective stakeholders for further action.
•
Monitor follow-ups and ensure closure of pending tasks.
•
Oversee basic operational coordination between Operations, Administration, and Facility Management teams.
•
Track overdue and upcoming maintenance activities.
•
Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
