We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Executive Assistant who can also support the legal team with basic paralegal responsibilities. The role suits candidates with strong administrative and documentation skills who are interested in or familiar with legal processes. Candidates pursuing LLB or having prior exposure to legal work will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistance
- Calendar management, meeting scheduling, call coordination, and travel logistics.
- Drafting and formatting correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintaining client communication logs and internal follow-up notes.
- Handling confidential documents with discretion.
- Coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Paralegal Support
- Preparing first drafts of letters, notices, and checklists (under supervision).
- Reviewing documents for formatting, numbering, defined terms, annexures, etc.
- Maintaining matter-tracking sheets, timelines, and documentation databases.
- Assisting in due diligence coordination and record management.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong MS Office / Google Workspace proficiency.
- Ability to structure, proofread, and format documents professionally.
- High degree of discipline, confidentiality, and reliability.
- Strong follow-up skills and ownership mindset.
- Familiarity with legal documentation is an added advantage (not mandatory).
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with legal exposure preferred.
- Prior experience in an EA, legal assistant, corporate coordination, or documentation role desirable.
