We are seeking a highly strategic, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a senior executive and help drive operational excellence across the organization. This role combines exceptional executive support with strong business acumen, organizational leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who can seamlessly manage executive priorities, anticipate needs, drive follow-through on critical initiatives, and serve as a connector across teams. This individual must be able to operate with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and agility in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the executive’s complex calendar, prioritizing meetings and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare the executive for meetings by developing agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up actions.
  • Draft, edit, and manage communications on behalf of the executive, including emails, memos, and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders interacting with the executive.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Partner closely with the executive to drive strategic priorities, track key initiatives, and ensure timely execution.
  • Facilitate leadership team meetings, including agenda development, capturing decisions and action items, and monitoring follow-up.
  • Support business planning processes, including annual planning, goal setting, and organizational rhythms.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress across stakeholders.
  • Help identify, escalate, and remove barriers to execution on critical priorities.
  • Develop and maintain operating cadences, dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to support decision-making.
  • Provide thought partnership to the executive on team effectiveness, communications, organizational planning, and operational improvements.

Team and Organizational Operations

  • Help drive effective communication across the executive’s organization, including leadership updates, town halls, team meetings, and all-hands materials.
  • Support special projects, offsites, leadership events, and team engagement activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, Communications, and Operations to coordinate initiatives and deliverables.
  • Monitor deadlines and commitments, ensuring alignment between priorities, resources, and execution.
  • Continuously improve processes, systems, and ways of working to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, with experience in a business operations, program management, or chief of staff-type capacity preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and work effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations, meeting materials, and communications.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

The base pay range for this position is:

$62,470 - $85,899

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
