Salary Range: AED 15,000 per month
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing both professional and personal responsibilities.
This role requires someone who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations, strong coordination, and efficient time management, while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism.
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, and follow-ups
- Assist with personal scheduling, errands, and lifestyle management
- Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers
- Manage personal travel, reservations, and events
- Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure seamless communication across teams
- Track and follow up on key tasks and deadlines
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential documents
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic MIS when required
- Ensure smooth documentation and filing systems
- Handle sensitive personal and business information with utmost confidentiality
- Maintain professionalism and trust in all interactions
- 3–6 years of experience as an EA/PA supporting senior leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Presentable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in Dubai/UAE will be an advantage
- High level of reliability and ownership
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
