Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident, well-organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing communications, correspondence and daily coordination. The ideal candidate will handle email communication on behalf of the Director, ensure timely follow-up, manage schedules and assist in professional matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the Director and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Maintain the Director’s schedule, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes and official documents when required.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and ensure smooth daily operations in the Director’s Office.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Communication or a related field).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and basic documentation.
  • Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Director’s Coordinator or in a similar role is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary: Market competitive or based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
