Job Description:

As the Operations Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a dynamic personality, and a passion for fitness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude.

- Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services.

- Manage appointments and schedules for trainers and classes.

- Assist in sales and promotional activities, including client follow-ups and membership renewals.

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.

- Support the team with various tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Qualifications:

- Perfect English communication skills (both speaking and writing).

- Sales communication skills with a proven ability to convert inquiries into memberships.

- Outgoing and confident personality; not shy and able to engage with clients easily.

- Experience in the fitness and gym industry with a good understanding of the field.

- Dynamic and positive personality with a can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
