Executive Assistant - Financial Services

Executive Assistant — Financial Services (Licensed Preferred)

Coastal Wealth Private Client Group

Supporting the President & Private Client Group Team

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the President of Coastal Wealth Private Client Group and one of the top financial advisory teams in the country.

This is far more than an administrative role. It’s a front-row seat to how a high-performing financial services practice operates at the highest level. You’ll help support sophisticated clients, meaningful philanthropic initiatives, and a leadership team that values excellence, relationships, and impact.

If you enjoy financial services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a team building something special, this is a tremendous opportunity for growth both professionally and personally.

The Role

You’ll serve as a trusted partner to the President and advisory team, helping keep operations running smoothly so the team can focus on clients and strategy. This includes coordinating calendars, travel, meetings, events, and client interactions while maintaining a polished, high-touch experience.

Many of our clients are community leaders, high-profile business owners, executives, and families we’ve served for years. Delivering thoughtful, professional service to them is central to this role.

You’ll assist with financial planning preparation, client servicing follow-ups, CRM organization, compliance coordination, and communication with custodians, carriers, and professional partners. Supporting our philanthropic and community initiatives is also part of our culture. Our team operates within the EOS framework, so comfort with structured execution and accountability is valuable.

Ideal Background

Financial services experience is strongly preferred, whether from wealth management, insurance, financial planning support, or private client services. Licensing such as the Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License, Series 7, or Series 66 is highly valued.

Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred given our diverse client base. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with eMoney or similar financial planning software, CRM platforms, and exposure to financial planning concepts will help you succeed. Experience working within EOS environments is a plus.

Who You Are

Organized, proactive, and polished with clients. Discreet, dependable, and naturally service oriented. Someone who anticipates needs, takes ownership, and enjoys contributing to a team that values excellence, community, and meaningful work.

You’re not just looking for a job. You’re looking for a place where you can grow, contribute, and be part of something impactful.

What You’ll Gain

Competitive compensation, generous vacation, flexibility, and exposure to sophisticated financial strategies and high-level clientele. Most importantly, real opportunity for growth as the team continues expanding.

Why This Role Is Special

We’re currently expanding in Coral Gables and building a first-class office space designed not just for operations, but for collaboration, connection, and community. This is not simply a role - it’s an opportunity to be part of a team, part of a movement, and part of something genuinely special.

We care deeply about our clients, our community, and the people who choose to grow alongside us. If that resonates with you, we’d love to connect.
