About the Role:

Yes there will be some generic admin work required; however I am looking for a swiss army knife type of person. Someone who's a yes person. Willing to take on any task even if it's out of their area of expertise. To oversee a project that they know nothing about but are willing to dive in. To assist with business strategy in the morning, and maybe pick up groceries in the afternoon - there will be a wide gammit of work where no job can be too big or too small for you. Entrepreneur managing two growing businesses—a multi-location doggy daycare and a men’s health clinic—is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to help streamline operations and bring structure to the day-to-day. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic founder and play a pivotal role in the backend organization of two thriving companies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and prioritize the CEO’s inbox and calendar to ensure efficient time use

· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business travel

· Help organize weekly priorities and follow through on open items

· Respond to time-sensitive issues and support resolution with minimal direction

· Track and manage tasks, projects, and deadlines

· Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to improve workflows and automate recurring tasks

· Serve as a problem-solver for issues that arise

· Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

· Assist with various personal/home tasks

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

· 1+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

· Demonstrated success managing a busy executive's calendar and email

· High proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and tech platforms

· Experience with or willingness to learn and use AI tools for productivity

· Strong communication skills and professional presence

· Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and organizational abilities

- Marketing/social media experience is a plus
