Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
- Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, conferences, and events with meticulous attention to detail, including venue arrangements, catering, and technical setups.
- Manage travel arrangements such as booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries to ensure smooth logistics.
- Handle correspondence with professionalism via multi-line phone systems and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, proofreading documents, and transcribing meeting notes accurately.
- Support personal assistant responsibilities when needed by managing personal appointments or errands for executives to optimize their productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant in a large global company is required. Bachelor's degree is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and office management software such as DocuSign.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Outstanding communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
