Position: Executive Assistant – Hotel Operations

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in the hospitality industry to support the Hotel Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a luxury Hotel Apartment property in Abu Dhabi. The role is critical in ensuring seamless guest services, maintaining high long-stay standards, and enhancing operational efficiency across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hotel Operations Manager in daily management of hotel apartment operations.
- Coordinate and monitor guest services to ensure exceptional experiences for short- and long-stay guests.
- Support in maintaining service excellence, quality standards, and brand compliance across all departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation for management review.
- Act as a liaison between the Operations Manager, department heads, and staff for smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor performance metrics and highlight areas for operational improvement.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support in scheduling, planning, and coordinating operational and administrative tasks.
- Support day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Ensure apartments are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety.
- Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance reviews.
- Conduct daily property walkthroughs to identify operational or maintenance issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and operational performance.
- Support procurement and vendor coordination for housekeeping and maintenance supplies.
- Act as deputy to the Operations Manager during meetings or in their absence.
- Contribute to property inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of proven experience in hotel or serviced apartment operations (luxury/lifestyle brand experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Proficiency in hotel systems (Opera PMS or similar) and MS Office.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to resolve issues quickly.
- Professional and presentable, suitable for guest-facing interactions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month.
