Job Summary:
The HR Executive / Assistant Manager HR is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, performance coordination, policy implementation, payroll coordination, training, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations while maintaining a professional and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee benefits, and compensation-related activities.
- Assist management in implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational strategies.
- Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution professionally.
- Organize employee orientation, training sessions, and performance evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, organizational charts, contracts, letters, and employee correspondence.
- Support administrative operations and coordination with different departments.
- Monitor employee discipline, engagement, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, recruitment firms, and government departments when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws, recruitment practices, and HR operations.
