About the Role

Carolina HVAC and Electrical is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to support our leadership team and help grow our brand. This role keeps daily operations running smoothly while managing marketing efforts that reflect our commitment to excellence and customer care.

You’ll assist with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks, while also leading marketing initiatives that promote our HVAC and electrical services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the executive team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Track marketing performance and support company promotions.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with onboarding and events.




Qualifications

  • Faith-based leadership mindset and a passion for teamwork.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or marketing role (HVAC, construction, or trade industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Canva (or similar design software).
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., ServiceTitan, Service Fusion, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping the business grow.
  • Passion for mentoring people and growing a healthy, thriving team.
  • Commitment to faith-based leadership and servant-hearted decision making.
  • Ability to build or add to systems for scalability and efficiency
