Job Summary

Provides administrative support to senior leadership.
Facilitates meeting activities including evening events, and possible travel.
Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, minute taking, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
Manages small projects and facilitates team functions.
Participates in change management and process improvement initiatives.
Manages and coordinates complex calendars.
Position requires thorough knowledge of complex office procedures and functions.
Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: 80 Hours Bi-weekly. Full Time
