Millburn Lawn & Landscape is seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and highly capable Executive Assistant & Office Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in supporting a growing company.

The right candidate will work directly with ownership and office leadership to help manage daily operations, assist with client communication, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. You will learn the duties of both our Office Manager and Controller, enabling you to serve as interim coverage when they are away.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the company owners with daily administrative and operational needs.
  • Learn all aspects of the Office Manager role to serve as interim coverage during absences.
  • Assist the Controller with basic accounting and administrative tasks when needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering calls, responding to client inquiries, and signing clients up for new services.
  • Help with marketing projects, including creating and sending mailers, flyers, and digital materials.
  • Assist with event preparation such as trade shows and seasonal promotions (optional).
  • Order and track office and project materials as directed.
  • Support the hiring and onboarding process for seasonal and new employees.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while representing the company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
