Job Description

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and program activities locally and globally.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end events, ensuring flawless on-site logistics and memorable experiences.
  • Oversee office operations, tooling, IT, and administrative tasks with full ownership.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, engaging positively with stakeholders and representing organizational values.

  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • He/She can bring proven experience in executive support, event coordination, and vendor management, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
