Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the firm's Owner and Managing Attorney. This flexible role can be structured as part-time (25-30 hours) or full-time (40 hours) based on your preference and availability. You'll play a key role in enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities by managing executive-level responsibilities including calendar management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and special projects. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support:
- Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the Owner/Managing Attorney
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and communications on behalf of leadership
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Screen and prioritize communications, emails, and phone calls
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with attorneys, staff, and external contacts
Administrative Tasks:
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Scan and organize documents as needed
- Coordinate office supplies and vendor relationships
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years executive assistant or high-level administrative experience
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently
- Professional judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Discretion with confidential and sensitive information
- Polished, professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Ability to work in-person at our office for all scheduled hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting C-level executives or partners
- Experience in law firm or professional services environment
- Familiarity with legal case management systems (CloudLex a plus)
- Project management experience

Schedule Options
We're flexible and can accommodate your preferred schedule:
Part-Time (25-30 hours):
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM
- Four full days per week
- Other arrangements considered
Full-Time (40 hours):
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Other full-time arrangements considered
