Executive Assistant / Project Operations Support

This role supports a principal across multiple business entities, real estate projects, and operating companies. The work spans investment activities, business operations, real estate initiatives, and personal projects. Our environment moves quickly, priorities shift often, and we rely on strong systems, clear communication, and people who take ownership.

This is not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for someone who can operate as a reliable right hand across multiple areas of business and personal operations. You should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing details without constant direction.

Position Overview

This role supports a mix of project coordination, operational execution, and personal logistics across several businesses and projects. The right person will be comfortable switching between real estate projects, operating businesses, and day-to-day priorities as needed.

You will work closely with leadership to keep projects moving, communication clear, and execution organized from start to finish.

Position Details

Location: Los Angeles area
Schedule: Generally Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required. Willingness to be available on weekends when needed is preferred.
Hours: Starting around 20 hours per week, with potential to grow into a full-time role
Compensation: $25 to $45 per hour, depending on experience
Type: Long-term opportunity for the right fit
On-site Requirement: This role requires regular on-site work, including visiting local job sites, properties, vendors, and businesses as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination and Operational Support

  • Support multiple ongoing projects across real estate, business operations, and personal initiatives
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, service providers, and external partners
  • Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, and next steps
  • Follow up consistently to keep projects moving forward
  • Maintain clear organization across tasks, documents, and communications
  • Visit job sites and local businesses to assist with coordination, logistics, and follow-through when needed

Executive and Personal Assistance

  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and shifting priorities
  • Run local errands and handle in-person tasks as needed
  • Draft professional emails and written communication
  • Conduct research and gather information quickly and accurately
  • Help anticipate needs and reduce day-to-day friction for leadership

Systems and Organization

  • Maintain organized digital workflows using shared documents and task tracking tools
  • Build and maintain simple trackers, lists, and processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline operations
  • Ensure details do not fall through the cracks

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new tools
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Self-directed and proactive
  • Local to Los Angeles with reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites
