Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex schedules, communications, and confidential matters with discretion. This role requires exceptional coordination, multitasking, and communication skills to ensure the CEO’s office operates efficiently and seamlessly.


Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is up to AED 22,000 per month, depending on your experience and relevance to the position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and communications with confidentiality.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and key documents.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and follow up on projects, deadlines, and action items.
  • Support board meetings and executive sessions, including scheduling and minutes.
  • Maintain an organized office environment and oversee key administrative processes.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to optimize the CEO’s time.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an EA or in a similar administrative leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
  • Familiarity with executive scheduling, travel coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
