Key Responsibilities1. Executive Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain confidential files and records with complete accuracy.

2. Meeting & Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
  • Liaise with department heads, clients, and stakeholders for smooth communication.
  • Support in planning board meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.

3. Business Support & Reporting

  • Assist with data gathering, MIS reports, and business updates for the CEO.
  • Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct basic research, compile summaries, and support decision-making.

4. Operational Support

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Admin, and Operations for cross-functional tasks.
  • Monitor critical tasks assigned by the CEO and ensure timely closure.
  • Manage vendor coordination, documentation, and approvals when required.

5. Communication & Professional Representation

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft official emails, letters, and high-quality business communication.
  • Maintain professionalism and diplomacy at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience supporting senior leadership/executive management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,503.21 - ₹50,000.83 per month
