Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Calendar Management
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for executives, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and project deadlines.
- Provide comprehensive administration support to the CEO.
- Take minutes of meeting.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements and itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and purchase orders.
Project Coordination
- Act as a primary liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure clear and timely communication.
- Proactively manage and prioritize tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing updates to the executive team and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Help in sourcing materials, furniture, finishes, and accessories, maintaining an organized library of design samples and vendor catalogs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes, track orders, and manage timely deliveries.
- Support the coordination of design project installations and occasional site visits as needed.
Office Operations & Events
- Oversee general office operations, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical project documentation.
- Assist with general office duties and ensure smooth day to day operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- As an Executive Assistant or in a similar supportive role, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or construction industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
