About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information with discretion, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist in communication and follow-ups across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on decisions.
  • Handle confidential matters with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Support in project tracking, research, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Discreet, reliable, and self-motivated.
