Executive Assistant to CEO

Bella Maison is on a fast-paced journey to become a global home brand. We are looking for a high-energy Executive Assistant who will work directly with our CEO and support international communication, coordination and daily decision-making processes.

This role is ideal for candidates who are early-to-mid stage in their careers and eager to grow in a dynamic, global environment. Excellent written and spoken English is essential.

What You Will Do

• Manage all international communication on behalf of the CEO,

• Coordinate global meetings, calls and multiple time zones with precision,

• Prepare concise reports, briefs and presentations for senior-level discussions,

• Manage the CEO’s agenda, travel plans and daily workflow in a fast-moving environment,

• Organize executive- and board-level meetings and ensure clear follow-up actions,

• Support the CEO in external relations with institutions, NGOs and global partners,

• Ensure hands-on execution and seamless flow in administrative and operational processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field,

• Excellent command of English (written & spoken),

• Experience in international communication and coordination,

• Strong organizational and communication skills,

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment,

• High energy, hands-on mindset and adaptability,

• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint),

• No travel restrictions (domestic & international).
