Executive Assistant to CEO

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and professional Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO in executive coordination, vendor management, and operational oversight. This role requires maturity, discretion, and the ability to independently represent leadership in meetings when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
  • Act as gatekeeper for executive access and scheduling
  • Attend and conduct meetings on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate with software vendors (ATS, CRM, HRMS, automation tools)
  • Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and evaluate proposals
  • Visit local vendors, software houses, legal, or financial offices when required
  • Oversee IT-related purchases, repairs, and maintenance approvals
  • Prepare meeting summaries and track follow-ups
  • Ensure deadlines and action points are completed

Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in Executive Assistant, Operations, or similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident handling vendors and external meetings independently
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working evening hours (within 3 PM – 3 AM window)
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
