We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Follow up on action points and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Liaise with senior management, clients, and external partners
- Assist in preparing business proposals, contracts, and documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
