Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Maintain confidential records and important documents
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
