Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Maintain confidential records and important documents
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
