Executive Assistant to CEO

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO for our Nonprofit in Northeast Philadelphia

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision using Google Workspace.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and email communication.
  • Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, logistics, and establishing invites to appropriate Networking Events.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion while performing data entry, filing, and document management using Google Workspace.
  • Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, proofreading documents, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Support office management duties such as supply ordering, filing systems maintenance, marketing, brand management, and other duties supporting the Nonprofit.
  • Perform personal assistant duties including transportation, marketing design, calendar management, and managing correspondence for the CEO.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass all required background checks including FBI, DHS, and PA State, and Child.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning, project coordination, brand management, networking , marketing, and clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
  • Experience with office experience tools like , Google Workspace tools, DocuSign, Canva, and data entry software is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members alike. Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
