What You’ll Do:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, emails, travel, and key priorities with precision and discretion.
- Coordinate and optimize schedules for the CEO and leadership team, ensuring seamless planning for meetings, appointments, offsites, and corporate events.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders including board members, senior leaders, clients, and partners.
- Prepare high-level materials including meeting agendas, presentations, minutes, executive summaries, and reports.
- Handle sensitive information and documents with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Monitor and follow up on deadlines, projects, and action items to keep the CEO informed and on track.
- Arrange complex travel logistics—flights, accommodations, visas—with a focus on efficiency and detail.
- Manage both digital and physical filing systems, ensuring accessibility and organization.
- Support day-to-day operations through personal assistance and ad hoc tasks, contributing to the CEO’s overall productivity.
What You’ll Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or multinational environment, preferrably in FMCG.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- A high level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, Zoom.
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and executive-level correspondence.
