A San Francisco based CEO of a tech software company is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings structure and clarity to a busy executive’s day.
This role is open to West Coast based candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, including heavy scheduling across multiple time zones

Coordinate all domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics

Own scheduling communications by managing email correspondence related to meetings and priorities

Support the CEO with the rhythm of the business by tracking reminders, deadlines, and follow-ups

Assist with Board of Directors coordination, preparation, and scheduling

Anticipate key deadlines and ensure the CEO is well-prepared ahead of time

Liaise professionally with prospects, investors, board members, and internal stakeholders

Act as a helpful and collaborative partner, open to supporting others as needed
Requirements:

Proven experience supporting a CEO/Founder, ideally within a tech or start-up environment

Prior experience working in a 100% remote role is required

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of tone and voice

Highly organized, efficient, and responsive, with the ability to move quickly and thoughtfully

Proactive mindset with strong judgment and the ability to anticipate needs

Comfortable managing confidential information with discretion

Salary:
$100,000+ DOE
