Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support:

Manage Directors calendar, appointments, and meetings.

Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the Director.

Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Assist in scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and personal matters.

Business Support:

Follow up on business tasks, action items, and deadlines assigned by the Director.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and necessary documentation.

Assist in tracking and reporting business activities.

Personal Support:

Handle personal errands, appointments, and other tasks as required by the Director.

Manage certain household/vendor coordination and personal expense tracking.

Ensure smooth execution of personal and professional commitments.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to Senior Management.

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Flexible and adaptable to handle both office and personal work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
