Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: [Okhla Phase 1]

Department: Administration / Management Support

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good communication can also apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle scheduling, communication, reporting, and coordination tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
  • Handle internal and external communications (emails, calls, messages).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including ticketing, hotel, and transport.
  • Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal departments (HR, Admin, Accounts, etc.) for smooth workflow.
  • Draft and review letters, memos, and official correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with complete discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist in office management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach.

Salary: 20k to 30k
