Role Purpose
The Executive Assistant acts as a trusted support to the Director, handling confidential information, business coordination, follow-ups, and day-to-day executive support, ensuring the Director’s time is optimized and business decisions are executed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments
- Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, MOMs, and reports
- Coordinate with restaurant managers, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Track tasks assigned by Director and ensure timely follow-ups
Business Coordination
- Prepare sales, expense, and operational reports
- Coordinate between multiple outlets / departments
- Assist in audits, compliance, and documentation
- Support in vendor negotiations and contract follow-ups
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Handle highly confidential business information
- Maintain discretion regarding financials, strategies, and internal issues
- Ensure documents and data security
Support in Decision-Making
- Act as single point of contact for the Director
- Filter and prioritize information before escalation
- Support strategic and operational decisions
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Experience & Qualification
- 3–6+ years experience as EA / PA / Admin Executive
- Graduate (MBA / Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in restaurant / hospitality / retail is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
