Key Responsibilities

· Keeping track of deadlines, coordinating schedules, and maintaining efficient workflows.

· Managing schedule and calendar.

· Conduct clear and effective communication

· Good skills in conveying information accurately, whether in written form (emails, reports) or verbally (phone calls, meetings).

· Have patience to respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

· Able to work effectively with a wide range of people to build healthy relationship.

· Good at deal with data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.

· Able to maintain accurate records in details, identifying potential issues, and ensuring that processes are executed with precision.

· Have ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· Can handle various responsibilities, from scheduling meetings to supporting daily operations.

· Able to ensure that deadlines are met, tasks are completed in a timely manner, and operational processes are not disrupted by delays under efficient time management.

· Able to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

· Able to assist with the management of daily operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure and help smooth operations.

· Good skill in collaborating with other team members to identify and resolve any issues or concerns.

· Able to assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operations.

· Support HR processes and recruitment.

· Oversee and manage the Food Watch system to ensure all stores managers know how to use the system and keep their information up to date.

· Managing Delivery Platforms daily
