The Executive Assistant will support a results-driven executive within a global financial service firm. This role requires an EA who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can fluidly transition between critical executive support and hands-on tasks that keep the day running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level business support by managing complex, shifting calendars; coordinating detailed domestic and international travel; and acting as a trusted liaison for the Executive.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and cross-functional gatherings with precision and exceptional follow-through.

Assist in planning special events, managing RSVPs and logistics to ensure seamless execution.

Serve as a confident gatekeeper and point of contact for internal teams, external partners, investors, and vendors, ensuring information flows accurately and discreetly.

Conduct research and prepare polished business documents, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and executive summaries, including financial or product-related materials. Take clear meeting notes and drive follow-up actions.

Manage expense reports, reconciliation, and budget-related tracking with accuracy and urgency.

Maintain an exceptionally organized workspace, both digital and physical including contact databases, operational documents, and key records.

Support day-to-day operational needs with humility, professionalism, and a “no task too small” mindset including preparing meeting materials, printing/binding documents, or assisting with light personal or office requests that keep the executive’s day running smoothly.

EA Experience. You have at least 5-7 years of experience supporting an Executive in financial technology, sales or technology environment. Candidates with C-suite experience will stand out!
