Executive Assistant to Managing Director

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Candidate to provide HR and administrative support to the management team and assist with day-to-day personal and office-related tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties:

  • Manage and organize office operations, supplies, and documentation.
  • Must be bold open minded and growth oriented.
  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, memos) and phone calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.

Coordination & Support:

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other third parties.
  • Support in organizing company events, functions, or meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
