Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Assistant to Managing Director to support daily business operations and executive tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data, reports, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Handle data analysis and maintain records using Excel
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications
- Assist in decision-making by providing accurate data insights
- Manage emails, follow-ups, and internal coordination
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of data analysis
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative or executive assistant role is a plus
- Knowledge of business operations or reporting
