Administrative & Calendar Management:

  • Manage and maintain a dynamic calendar, including meetings, events, brand calls, and travel.
  • Coordinate and book travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handle inbox management: prioritize emails, respond to routine requests, and flag urgent communications.

Brand & Partnership Coordination:

  • Liaise with brands, agencies, and collaborators regarding campaigns, deadlines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Prepare briefs, decks, and reports as needed.
  • Content & Social Media Support:
  • Help organize shoot schedules and production timelines.
  • Monitor publishing timelines across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Occasionally assist on set or during live events.

Personal Assistance:

  • Handle occasional personal errands, reservations, and logistics.
  • Assist with organization of home, office, product inventory (PR packages, gifting, etc.).

Project & File Management:

  • Track expenses, invoices, and receipts for bookkeeping and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
  • Preferred: Background in marketing, PR, media, or entertainment.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience Required for the position
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate shoots, travel, or time-sensitive campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
