Executive Personal Assistant to CEO (High-Performance, High-Trust Role)

About the Role
We are hiring a highly capable Executive Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing company (8 Figures in Revenue, scaling aggressively).
This is a high-responsibility, high-trust role for someone who can manage both business and personal logistics with precision. You will act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to execute tasks accurately without constant oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s daily schedule and calendar
- Coordinate with drivers, team members, and external contacts to ensure the CEO is never late and transitions smoothly between commitments
- Book and manage travel (flights, hotels, itineraries), including occasional travel alongside the CEO (1–2 trips per quarter)
- Handle personal logistics: reservations, shopping, errands, and appointments (medical, etc.)
- Plan and coordinate dinners, meetings, and events
- Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal team members
- Assist with light operational tasks, including occasional support at the warehouse
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure tasks are completed fully and correctly the first time
Requirements
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Highly reliable and punctual (being late or missing details is not acceptable)
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities without dropping tasks
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
- Self-starter who can operate independently and figure things out
- Must be based in or near Miami, FL
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Experience supporting a founder, executive, or high-demand individual
- Experience managing schedules, travel, and logistics at a high level
Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000
- Performance-based bonuses (based on reliability, execution, and overall performance)
