Personal Assistant to Owner

Company: Mold GeniusLocation: Chicagoland Area and Surrounding SuburbsCompensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable Personal Assistant to support the owner of Mold Genius, a fast-growing water damage and mold remediation company. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, stay ahead of issues, and operate with a high level of discretion and accountability.

Position Overview

The Personal Assistant will work directly with the owner, handling both business and occasional personal responsibilities to keep daily operations running efficiently. This is a high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the owner’s daily calendar, appointments, and schedulingCoordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangementsHandle emails, correspondence, and follow-upsAssist with job scheduling, client communication, and vendor coordinationTrack tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projectsRun occasional personal errands and manage confidential mattersProvide support across day-to-day operations as needed

Requirements

Ability to work approximately 50 hours per weekStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationHigh level of discretion and professionalismProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationComfortable with technology (email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets)

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as an executive or personal assistantBackground in construction, restoration, or service industriesExperience coordinating field teams or schedules
